Description Albright & Wilson Gardiquat 1450 Gardiquat 1450 is a highly effective mould removal concentrate. Featuring a slow release formulation, it gradually eats through moss, mould, lichen & algae spores without damaging the hard surface underneath. It targets the underlying spores & will prevent premature regrowth. Containing a liquid bactericide base, Gardiquat 1450 is ideal for use on a variety of external hard surfaces as there is no risk of corrosion from bleach based formulations. SUITABLE FOR USE ON Driveways Roof Gutters Fencing Patio & Porches FEATURES & BENEFITS Non-caustic, non-acidic and bleach free. Is an easy, do-it-yourself application. Requires no scrubbing or water blasting. Has a neutral pH level. Can be diluted into pressure sprayer or watering can for ease of application. DIRECTIONS FOR USE Ensure affected surface is free from dirt, leaf matter & other debris to allow maximum penetration of the active ingredients. Dilute Gardiquat 1450 with water at a ratio of 1:10 for heavy build up or 1:15 for mild build up into either a pressure sprayer or watering can. Apply to affected surface to the point of saturation. DO NOT HOSE OFF. NOTES For best results, apply early hours of the morning onto cool, dry surface to avoid accelerated evaporation. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours. If immediate result is required, water blast the affected area first. Allow to dry, then follow the directions for use as above. For heavily built up areas, a 2nd application may be required 30 days later. Some treated surfaces may turn orange / brown after application. This is an indication of the mould spores dying off.
