The Tubeline Accumul8 is a multi function conventional bale accumulator. It can be used either behind the baler as a conventional accumulator/sledge and also be towed along in a separate operation to collect the bales. In addition, the Accumul8 Grabber is also available for collecting the bale packs.The AccumulatorThe Accumul8 is a fully mechanical accumulator available in three versions:Accumul8 – Flat 8 bale accumulatorAccumul8 2 – Flat 10 bale accumulatorAccumul8 4 – Flat 12 bale accumulatorEach bale triggers a series of switches as it enters. As a result, this guides the next bale into the correct location. In addition, the accumulator also features an automatic trip that releases the rear door once it is full.The Accumul8 2 is by far the most popular model that AMIA have sold in the UK & Ireland. The first two bales are placed crossways at the rear of the accumulator. Consequently, this allows for easy crossing of the bales when placed on the trailer using the Grabber. In addition, the bale pack is 2.4 metres wide which allows them to perfectly fit your trailer trailer bed.A kit is also provided that allows the accumulator to be used as a bale chaser. This allows it to be towed behind any vehicle fitted with a drawbar to collect the bales in a separate operation. In addition, floatation wheels are also fitted as standard.The GrabberThe Accumul8 Grabber is also available in three sizes:Accumul8 – Flat 8 bale grabAccumul8 2 – Flat 10 bale grabAccumul8 4 – Flat 12 bale grabEach model has been specifically designed to work with the corresponding accumulator. All models feature large curved hooks to ensure that the bales are firmly held when being carried.
