Tubeline TL70 Inline Bale Wrapper for Round and Square Bales

The Tubeline TL70 is the largest model in the new generation of inline bale wrappers from Tubeline Manufacturing. It is designed to wrap round bales up to 1.8 metres in diameter. It can also handle large square bales up to 0.9 x 0.9 x 2.1 metres or 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.8 metres. Thanks to it’s design it also has the potential to allow users to make considerable savings on bale wrap.Suitable for all types of round bale, the TL70 is able to wrap hay, straw, haylage and silage. It is perfect for use where hay and straw bales need protecting from the weather for outdoor storage.Standard EquipmentAs standard, a 20hp Honda petrol engine is fitted. Film pre-tensioners are also standard fitment, these create a 55% pre stretch in the film to activate the bonding agent contained within. The Film Snap bar is fitted to all models as standard allowing quick and easy cutting of the wrap at the end of a run.Two models of TubeLine TL70 are available, the TL70LSV and the TL70 ECV. The TL70LSV benefits from simple electric over hydraulic controls whereas the TL70ECV has full electronic control valves are fitted.
